Our handicapper Iain McAllister has been busy reviewing data submitted by owners and skippers, running it through the KLR formula to deliver fair handicap racing.
The work has progressed to the point where we can now publish the provisional numbers online here.
Iain is still waiting on some skippers to provide information about their boats, so if you are expecting to race under KLR but have yet to liaise with him, then please do so as soon as possible. The contact details and info on KLR can be found here.
Signing On
For 2024 the Cowes Classics Week signing-on process has been moved online and we’re pleased to report that as of now, 33 boats have started the sign on process and 19 have completed their submission, which considering this is a new process is great news.
If you are one of those yet to look at your signing on form, then can we please urge you to do so as soon as you can. Please don’t leave this until the last minute!
You can provide the required information online at any time before you attend the Regatta Race Office to collect your Race Pack, and you do not need to complete the form in one go as you can return to complete missing details, or perhaps make a crew change, right up until Regatta Registration closes.
To find your signing-on form you must first 'LOG IN'. Once logged in the ‘Signing-On’ form can be found in the main menu under ‘MY REGATTA’.
Information about Signing On and essential racing documents can be found on the Official Notice Board.
We start racing in less than a week and if you are still thinking about entering then you need to get your skates on as the last entries must be in by tomorrow 3 July.
