New for 2024 is a crew wanted/available facility which is managed through a WhatsApp group.

The intention is to put skippers with places to fill in contact with crew looking to participate in the regatta. Once included in the group, users should post a little about what they are seeking, i.e. a skipper should indicate boat type and crew position aboard with skills needed, whilst crews seeking a place can outline their skillset and expectations. Once a match has been made then we'd expect the conversation to move away from the Crewfinder WhatsApp to emails or your own boat WhatsApp etc.

There are already a couple of requests on the group which we hope will prove useful to all.
