No other event in the world offers such a wide-ranging gathering of racing classics, from keelboats to dayboats and cruisers.
Racing at Cowes Classics Week is rich in the camaraderie and corinthian values that underpin our great sport.
From jazz to high teas to suppers, you'll enjoy roaring good fun in like-minded company with daily drinks receptions free to racers.
The high quality of racing has made Cowes Classics Week the largest Classic Yacht Regatta in the world
Organised by the Royal London Yacht Club with the help of the leading local clubs, Cowes Classics Week is run by sailors for sailors.
Get started by entering your boat into the regatta here, selecting your Cowes Classics Week Yacht Class and clicking 'Register' to place your entry into our online shopping cart with the appropriate fee.
We are hoping that Cowes Classics Week competitors will be willing to support the event charity by including a minimum of £20 as a donation with their regatta entry. It's really easy to help the charity; simply follow this link and select 'Charitable Donation to the Classic Boat Museum'.
Regatta Chairman, David Gower commented: “At the time of writing [April 2020], the RLYC intend to run the regatta as planned from 25th to 31st July 2020. However, the well-being of our staff, volunteers and competitors is paramount, so we will be closely monitoring the situation and if required, will cancel the regatta. In the event that we do cancel the event all entry fees and social event costs will be refunded in FULL. For the avoidance of doubt we will not postpone the event. If we are unable to continue on 25th July the next regatta will be 2021.”
