COWES CLASSICS WEEK - 6 TO 12 JULY 2024

WITH A CLASSICS DAY CAR SHOW ON SUNDAY AND YACHT RACING MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Cowes Classics Week is all about racing traditional yachts on the water and enjoying fabulous social events ashore. Metre boats, Classic Racing Dayboats and Yachts, Old Gaffers and Spirit of Tradition Yachts race varied central Solent courses. Great value socials are held at different club venues including tea and cake at RLYC, daily prize givings plus a gala dinner and awards ceremony to celebrate the sailing.

Royal Victoria YC Burgee 200pxThe Royal Victoria Yacht Club in Fishbourne will be serving a 'Classic Pies' Supper on Thursday evening with transport arranged courtesy of Winkworth.

TRANSFERS

The Thursday Pie supper at RVYC in Fishbourne includes transport (out by road, back by water). Pick up will be at Parade with return by launch to Trinity Landing.

  • Welcome drink and nibbles on arrival, which if the weather is kind to us will be served on the lawn.

  • Smoked Haddock, Fresh Cod and Salmon topped with Creamy Mashed Potatoes

  • Served with seasonal fresh vegetables and buttered new potatoes

Tickets for the Thursday RVYC Supper are subject to a 10% discount if purchased online before 14 July 2018, bringing the price down from £22.00 to £20.00.
